How it Works
It is a very safe and easy to use service.Just follow these simple steps:-
Order Online
1. Using your smartphone, tablet or computer, place your order at oranmore.manna.aero. Remember the 2kg limit!
2. The Manna staff will verify that your order can be fulfilled to your Eircode. You will receive a notification once your order has been accepted and you will also receive a link which can be used to track the status of your order until it arrives at your house

Sit Back and Relax
3. The store staff will prepare your order and package it for delivery
4. The drone will take off and fly at a height of approx. 60 metres until it arrives at your property

5. Once at your property it will descend to approx. 15 metres
6. Then the drone doors will open, and your package will be lowered on a string directly into your front or back garden
7. The drone will then ascend to 60 metres and depart to its base
8. Once the drone has commenced its flight back you can enter your garden and retrieve your package. Please do not enter your garden during the delivery.
9. The attached string is biodegradable so just pop it in your bin – or you can keep it as a souvenir!
10. Don’t worry – a Manna member of staff will be present nearby when the package is being dropped to ensure the utmost safety precautions are adhered to. They won’t be hard to spot as they will be wearing a beautiful white Manna coat. Feel free to chat to them directly to provide your feedback or ask questions.
